Maple products
Biography and approach
Maple syrup producer with over 30 years of experience, established in St-Étienne-de-Bolton since 2018, with a brand new, traditional-style sugar shack. Open to the public during sugaring season for interpretive programs on maple syrup production and, of course, for tastings of all the stages of syrup production, from making the syrup to transforming it into various products: butters, taffy, and brown sugar. Our most distinctive product is our Canadian fondant houses, made in a maple wood mold carved by one of our ancestors.
