I was born in Montreal in 1962. I spent my first fifteen years in the workforce as a cook and chef. Fascinated by culinary art and elaborate banquet displays, this was my first spark in the arts. Later, I discovered clay sculpture; it was like reconnecting with an old friend, and then the spark grew into a blazing fire.
I exhibited for the first time in 1993. It was at that moment, through the eyes of visitors, that I understood the full power that sculptures had to communicate human emotion. This experience...
